Nanette Watts
Executive Producer

Nanette’s pageant journey spans across four decades. She has not only held over 40 local, state and national titles but has also coached and produced numerous titleholders in several systems including Miss USA, Mrs. America, Plus America, U. S. United, National American Miss, All World Beauties and American Elegance, among others.

Nanette is the Executive Director of the Texas American Elegance, Texas All World Beauties and Black America Coed Pageants. She is also the Co-Founder /Owner and Executive Producer of the Miss Plus World Pageant, the premiere international pageant for women of equity. Her mission is to teach women across the world that God is capable of using and blessing all individuals, no matter their backgrounds, ethnicity or socio-economic status.

Mrs. Watts is a graduate of the prestigious educational institutes New York University and University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Nanette is a former jazz dance instructor, police office and she is a retired elementary school principal. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. Nanette is a published author and is working on her third book, Rogue Queen, which she hopes to release in November of this year.

Nanette wants her queens and clients to harness the passion to dream with complete abandon and the heart to serve others endlessly.  She lives by the philosophy that success is never final but neither is failure unless you accept it. Nanette is the proud wife of Vernon Earl Watts. She has three active grandsons, Nathan, Jackson and Vernon Jr. She also has one very special pageant granddaughter, Channing Elizabeth Stewart.

Constance Zehner
Executive Director

A woman of many facets and accomplishments, Constance Zehner is the co-owner and Executive Director of the Miss Plus World Pageant System. She is also the owner of Crown and Scepter Productions, a special event business specializing in weddings, pageantry and educational training.

Currently, Constance is the reigning Ms. Ultimate All World Beauties U.S. 2018 and Miss Plus America Lifetime Ambassador.  She served as the Chaplain of the Miss Plus America Pageant System for three years and was the founding President of the Miss Plus America Alumni Association. She is also the former 2013 Mrs. Plus America and 2012 American Beauties Plus Elite Ambassador.

With a heart for raising others up, Constance founded and is Chairman of the Board of Exodus Force Initiative, a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring hope to the hopeless and promise to the land.

An ordained Minister, licensed Chaplain and professional life coach, Constance holds an Associate’s Degree of Christian Education from Perkins School of Theology in Dallas, Texas.  She also holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Education from Texas A & M University in Corpus Christi, Texas as well as an advanced licensing from North Texas Collegiate Institute.

Constance lives in Houston with Warren, her husband of 34 years and two furry babies: Elzie and Woody West Park, the cats.

Nyokabi Munyaka

Nyokabi was born in Kiambu, Kenya. With a degree in business administration from Highline College, Ms. Nyokabi sits as the public relations officer in the Just Humanitarian Purpose Non Profit Organization that seeks to promote culture through dance and music. Ms. Nyokabi is also a host for the Meet the Queens show and she has been appointed as the director of the Miss Diaspora Africa International Pageant in New York. This year, Ms. Nyokabi debuts as the Co- Founder and Executive Director of the Miss Kenya USA Pageant.
With her strong interpersonal skills, technology proficiency, recruitment record and knowledge of organizational business, Ms. Munyaka will provide excellent support and communication to the Miss Plus World Eastern Hemisphere National Directors and At-Large Delegates.
Ivonne Radinson

Ivonne M Radinson Alvarado is a Medical Student and a psychologist who specializes in children with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. After becoming a psychologist and entering medical school , Ivonne spent 4 years as a plus size model and became part of the pageantry systems in Puerto Rico as well as the USA.   After a successful reign as a Miss Puerto Rico Plus America 2016 and later becoming the new Miss Plus America elite 2017 Ivonne has moved to now helping other queens reaching their dreams.    Ivonne enjoys trying new water sports as well as surfing, dancing, cooking and signing.  Ivonne is available for any consultations and you can reach her at

Rachel Ratliff

Rachel Ratliff resides and is a graduate student in Laramie, Wyoming. This dynamic lady has held won state and national titles within the Miss Plus America and United America Pageant Systems.She is a former Elementary Education Teacher shares her creativity through various forms of art. This Queen of Craft showcases her flair for making keepsake arts and crafts through her business, Queen Dazzles.

Rachel is also a gifted, self-taught choreographer. She has served as lead choreographer for the Texas Plus America, Miss Plus America and Black America Coed Pageant Systems. With a heart for people, one of Rachel's greatest loves is inspiring others to ignite and follow their dreams.
